  Approximately 3 1/2 x 7 inches.
CONDITION
  Left side: Man seated at left is faded. A couple of light brown marks on roof. When tilted, some scuffing is apparent. Right side: Stain on chimney. When tilted, some scuffing is apparent. Mount: Wear around edges and at corners. Light soiling on front, more apparent soiling on back.
APPEARANCE
  Left side has good to very good tones (going left to right). Right side is brighter and richer with very good tones. Nice composition.
