The ballet dancer has her back to us in a surprisingly modern configuration. And she's en pointe. It's representational and also abstract; a work of art.

The photogravure comes with its original photo studio mount. It is held in place at corners. At the bottom of the mount: "THE KIMBALL STUDIO CONCORD, N. H."

SIZE. Photo: Approximately 4 1/2 x 3 inches. Mount: Approximately 7 1/8 x 4 15/16 inches.

CONDITION. Photo: Some tiny spots. A few of these are slightly raised. Very light soiling otherwise. We have not removed this from the mount, so cannot give condition of corners or back. Mount: Wear around edges and at corners, including chipped away pieces. Back has some scuffing.

APPEARANCE. Very good tones. Beautiful pose. A gorgeous and artistic portrait.
